marshall ramseyMarshall Ramsey - President

On May 1, 2012, Marshall Ramsey came to the Morristown Chamber from the state of Tennessee, Department of Economic and Community Development where he has extensive experience in business and industrial recruitment and working with existing industries to assist with expansion and development programs. Marshall also worked with the Newport/Cocke County Partnership and the Roane County Alliance Economic Development Authority.  He is a graduate of Mars Hill College and is completing a Masters Degree in Public Administration at East Tennessee State University.

debra williamsDebra Williams, IOM - General Manager

Debra Williams has been with the Chamber since 1984.  She is a graduate of the US Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management.  Debra is responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial management of the Chamber as well as serving as staff liaison to those volunteer committees that work in the areas of legislative affairs, organizational development and leadership development.   She is a graduate of Carson-Newman College (now University).

pat seaverPat A. Seaver - Director of Sales and Marketing

Pat Seaver joined the staff in May, 2011 in a part time position and was promoted to her current position in October, 2011.  Pat is responsible for the membership development activities of the Chamber, including recruiting new members, developing sales and marketing materials and coordinating various networking and promotional events and programs. She also directs the activities of the Ambassadors Club.  Pat has more than 20 years experience working in purchasing, logistics, and finance for several area industries. She is a graduate of Walters State Community and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Tusculum College.

 

anne rossAnne Ross - Director of Tourism

Anne Ross has worked in the tourism industry since 1991.  She was the group tour specialist at the Miami County (OH) Visitors Bureau; the senior sales manager at the Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism, and the director of sales at the Oak Ridge Convention & Visitors Bureau prior to joining the Morristown Area Chamber in September 2013.  A native of Tipp City Ohio, Anne attended Wright State University in Dayton, OH.  She holds the Certified Travel Industry Specialist (CTIS) certification from the American Bus Association (ABA) and Indiana University/Purdue University, Indianapolis; the Certified Tennessee Tourism Professional (CTTP) certification from the University of Tennessee's Tourism Institute; and the Travel Marketing Professional (TMP) designation from the Southeast Tourism Society.  Anne served on the board of directors and executive committee for the Ohio Travel Association, as well as a member of the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development's sales advisory committee, and is a past chair of the ABA's CTIS committee.  In her spare time she does transport for several dog rescue organizations.

Natasha Morrison - Director of Downtown Development

Natasha is responsible for all activities related to the promotion and development of Downtown Morristown, including management of the Morristown Farmer’s Market. She is responsible for maintaining Morristown’s accreditation as a Tennessee Main Street City and partnering with local government, business, and non-profit organizations in revitalization of the downtown area, working to attract investment and participation in Downtown.
Natasha’s background is in design, historic preservation, business development, leadership, and event planning. She is a 2001 graduate of Carson Newman College, (now University).

jodi barnardJodi Barnard - Business Development Specialist

Jodi Barnard has worked with the Morristown Chamber since September 2000.  As Business Development Specialist, she is heavily involved in the Chamber’s Economic Development efforts and also serves as Research Coordinator.  She is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce Researchers Association (ACCRA).  Barnard is a graduate of East Tennessee State University.

 

Customer Service Specialist

Position serves as our receptionist and the “front door” for the Chamber, including the responsibility of greeting visitors and assisting in daily activities with the Chamber.
