John Stroud, CCE
Interim President
John Stroud has served in Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development management in Texas, Virginia, Louisiana and Tennessee. Mr. Stroud retired in 2009 from the Longview, Texas Economic Corporation where he served as Executive Director. He was appointed to his position as Interim President of the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce, January 3, 2012. Mr. Stroud is a Certified Chamber Executive (CCE). He is a graduate of Morristown High School and East Tennessee State University.

Debra Williams, IOM
General Manager
Debra Williams has twenty-six years of experience in Chamber of Commerce management. She is a graduate of the US Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management. Debra is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Chamber including the financial operations of the Chamber. Williams serves as staff coordinator for several programs including Legislative Relations, Leadership Morristown, Women in Business, the Chamber Annual Meeting and the annual golf tournament. She is a graduate of Carson-Newman College.
Pat A. Seaver
Director of Sales and Marketing
Pat Seaver joined the staff in May, 2011 in a part time position and was promoted to her current position in October, 2011. Pat is responsible for the membership development activities of the Chamber, including recruiting new members, developing sales and marketing materials and coordinating various networking and promotional events and programs. She also directs the activities of the Ambassadors Club. Pat has more than 20 years experience working in purchasing, logistics, and finance for several area industries. She is a graduate of Walters State Community College and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Tusculum College.
Lila Wilson
Director of Tourism
With more than 20 years experience in parks, recreation and tourism, Lila Wilson is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a BS in Education. She earned the Travel Marketing Professional certification (three year program) in March of 2009 from the Southeast Tourism Society, the Certified Tennessee Tourism Professional designation (one year program) in September 2009 from the Tennessee Tourism Roundtable and the University of Tennessee Tourism Institute, and the Certified Festival & Event Executive certification (four year program) in November 2002 from the International Festivals and Events Association and Purdue University. She has worked with the communities of Hamilton County in Chattanooga, Historic Jonesborough, and most recently with the Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism for the past 11 years.

Jodi Barnard
Executive Assistant
Jodi Barnard has worked with the Morristown Chamber since September 2000. As Executive Assistant, she is heavily involved in the Chamber’s Economic Development efforts and also serves as Research Coordinator. She is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce Researchers Association (ACCRA). Barnard is a graduate of East Tennessee State University.
